La vie de Château - Wine Tour in a London black cab in Medoc
Château Margaux, château Giscours, Château Lafitte, Château Beychevelle, Château Pichon Longueville…These legendary « châteaux » make the world famous land : Medoc ; going from the atlantic ocean to the Gironde estuary, 80 kms north from Bordeaux.
To discover all these prestigious wines, your Wine Cab, a typical taxi of London, will take you through the vineyards, on the mythical « wines road » .
From elegance to extravagance, the Medoc’s castles style will charm you. You’ll feel like prince and princess in the time of the nobility of Bordeaux , heading a 1885 great vintage château. The lord of the land will host you, the time to savour and understand all the subtleties of its nectar.
Then, after the grand cru classé splendour, meet an authentic local winegrower. He will invite you in his family property. Discover his wine storehouse and get to his cellar, to taste the family made wine. He’ll share with you all the secrets…. Well… most of the secrets about wine mature. As his father showed him and his grandfather showed to his father…. Generations of pride, respect and savoir-faire. Authenticity, sharing, emotions… you’ll remember this visit!
