3 techniques : yoga, pilates and stand-up paddle !
During this yoga and pilates session on a stand-up paddle, the board is stabilized with a small anchor, which makes this experience available to all, even first timers.
We will start with breathing exercises, and for those who wish to go deeper into the technique, we can do so as I adapt to your desires. Focus is of prime importance too to keep your balance and not fall off the board !
A complete experience, in a beautiful setting !
I will welcome you at Lake Soustons ; its fauna and flora are very well preserved, it's an ideal location for relaxation. We will start with the gear and a short introduction about the activity and the place where it takes place. After warming up, we will do a few core muscle strengthening exercises and work on your balance (on your unstable paddle !), and proceed with yoga and pilates postures. The session will end with gentle muscle stretching, relaxation, and even meditation for those of you who wish to do so.
Once you try it out, you will want to do it again !

Please note that I need a minimum of 4 participants to be able to run the activity at the indicated price. Should I not have enough people signed up for the activity, I will suggest another date or you can be fully reimbursed. Also if you want a private session, please do contact me.
